REFUND POLICY
Memberships (The Vault & Inner Circle)
All membership payments are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of your current billing period, then stops. No partial refunds for unused time.
Annual billing
If you purchased an annual plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed member content. After 7 days, no refunds are issued.
Music purchases
Digital music purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a download has been initiated.
Exceptions
If you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented access, contact us at maestro@mixedtaperadio.com within 14 days.
FOUNDING MEMBER TERMS
Founding rate ($8.99/mo Vault or $24.99/mo Inner Circle) is locked permanently for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.
If you cancel, your founding rate is forfeited. Rejoining will be at the current rate at time of re-subscription.
Founding spots are capped at 36 total (3 reserved, 33 public). Once filled, new members pay standard rate.
Inner Circle founding members receive access to The Hidden Drum pending completion of the intake questionnaire.
MYXD TAPE reserves the right to remove members from The Hidden Drum for conduct that conflicts with the community's purpose.
