Who we are

MYXD TAPE (“MYXD TAPE,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at mixedtaperadio.com and the MYXD TAPE mobile app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in we collect your email address, and your name and profile basics if you sign in with Google or Apple. Apple’s “Hide My Email” relay address is supported.

Membership & purchases. Your subscription tier and status, and a record of music you have purchased.

Activity. Basic in-app activity such as favorites and playback needed to run the service, plus standard server logs (IP address, device and browser type).

Notifications. If you enable drop alerts, a device push token.

Payment information. Card details are entered with and handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.

How we use your information

To create and secure your account, provide membership access and streaming, process payments, send drop alerts and service messages you have opted into, respond to support requests, and maintain and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we share with

We share information only with providers that help us operate, under their own terms:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — account database and backend
• Google & Apple — optional sign-in
• Expo — push notification delivery
• Vercel & Cloudflare — hosting and audio delivery

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can access, correct, or delete your information, or ask us to, by emailing maestro@mixedtaperadio.com. You can turn off drop alerts at any time in your device settings.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

Children

MYXD TAPE is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Membership purchases require an adult.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, communicated to members.
